Backbone and root of the firm, CA. Hitesh J. Mehta started his practice in the year 1983 under the firm name of M/s Hitesh J. Mehta and Co. He has qualified M.Com, LL.B., FCA, DISA (ICA) and had served as The Chairman of Indore Branch of ICAI for the term 2006-07 after working as an office bearer in the managing committee of Indore Branch of ICAI for the term 2004-2007. All these years he had not simply served & enjoyed various positions in Indore Branch managing committee but handled simultaneously all the professional assignments with the utmost satisfaction of the clients. He was also The President of Tax Practitioners’ Association, Indore for the term 2013-2015 right after serving the association as a Hon. Secretary consecutively for two terms i.e. for 2009-2013. He has presented papers on various topics of professional interests in the subject of Auditing, VAT and Income Tax at seminars organized by ICAI and other professional bodies, with an expertise in Company Audits and Bank audits, such as Statutory, Branch, Revenue, Concurrent, Inspection, etc.

Anchit Garg is fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Apart from holding Certificate of Practice, he also holds Diploma in Information System Audits (DISA) and cleared a certificate course on Forensic Accounting and Fraud Detection (FAFD) from ICAI. His experience is predominantly in the field of Taxation, Auditing, Business Management and Corporate Advisory Services. His main focus of the practice is corporate finance; advising on structuring and managing growth and managing turnaround situations of stressed companies. He also assists in Tax matters, tax assessments and Regulatory compliance services for individuals as well as corporates on Income tax and GST matters, and the assessments made consequent to a tax investigation, searches and surveys. He also ensures that the clients of the firm are able to meet with their direct and indirect tax compliance obligations successfully.
Additionally, he also has obtained substantial diversified experience in rendering Financial Services, Operations improvement, business process re-engineering, cash flow forecasting, vendor management and receivables monitoring and financial due diligence.
He was previously associated with Indiabulls Housing Finance Limited as a Branch Credit Manager where he effectively managed Credit Appraisal for Project Finance, Construction Finance and Fund Raising across all the sectors in different schemes for Medium and HNI Clients. He served a stint in Residential, Lease Rental Discounting Debt and Structured Transactions; undertook real estate portfolio analysis of NBFC’s evaluation and appraisal of the assets under consideration, discussions with external experts & advisors, formulating mitigating strategies. His Banking/NBFC experience helps him in building an understanding of Various debt products available and how these can be availed by performing Financial modelling, technical and sensitivity analysis by keeping intact the funding requirement of various clients.

CA. Sanket Mehta is FCA qualified and pursuing C.S. (Final), LL.B. (Final) and DISA (ICA). He leads our internal audit team and has a unique capability of delivering focused/practical internal audit related assignments. His portfolio includes auditing of manufacturing, retail, stockiest, Mutual Funds and Stock Broking Firms. With an experience of Auto-Loan Credit Manager at ICICI Bank Ltd, he has inherited the skills of chartered accountancy in his blood, by his father CA. Hitesh J. Mehta and he believes in perfection and doesn’t compromise quality over time.

Finance, Internal Audits and Indirect Taxes (GST/VAT) expert, CA. Rajat Dhanuka is ACA qualified and is also a member of the Editorial Board for the Newsletter of Indore Branch of ICAI. He is actively involved in taking seminars and classes on GST at various forums, with the working exposure in past as Asst. Manager Finance (Audits) at ITC Limited. He has good experience of Internal Audit practice at Multi-National Companies and being the youngest partner of the firm, he is very energetic and ever-ready for any sort of challenge in this dynamic economic environment.
